After crossing paths with a few thousand people over 9 years as a teacher, mentor, leader and coach, Laurie's greatest observation is how many people focus on what is wrong with their career or personal life, serving to halt their potential through repeated negative thought patterns and behaviors.
 
She points out that we give our power away each time we choose to believe that living a fulfilled life and experiencing success is out of our control and is solely dependent on outside circumstances or the actions of others.  True power comes only with the understanding that all we require to accomplish our goals, already exists within ourselves.  Laurie works with people to understand that we alone are responsible for our personal and professional success regardless of the situation and that a positive attitude that is derived from an understanding of our worth is what sets us apart from the rest.  Laurie has developed a passion for helping people change their perspectives towards an understanding of their power and to give people glimpses of their own magnificence in hopes that they will eventually learn to find it on their own.

After many years of training as a sales coach, Laurie is also trained as a Professionally Certified Life Coach.  She draws on her Master's Degree in Education and Child Development to help her clients create a deeper understanding of who they have become, while releasing the detrimental effects of guilt and blame.  Her mission is to help guide people to look at the situations and relationships in their lives from a healthier viewpoint, while using this new perspective of power to both personally grow and influence others.  She's been achieving this through private coaching, teaching workshops, tele-classes and speaking to groups of people nationwide.
