Each client's needs are different.  It is your decision how often we meet. 

Most people choose either weekly, every two to three weeks or once a month

depending on the situations and challenges.

I am a Board Certified Life Coach who enjoys working with women, parents and teens, helping them to make positive changes in their lives.  

 

Clients come to life coaching to elevate their ability to handle many life experiences and to overcome emotions that may be standing in the way of their happiness and success. Some of these obstacles may include but are not limited to:
